Contact Us

This site is a small editorial project, not a call centre or a booking office. No forms, no ticket numbers, no phone queue. One inbox, and a person who actually reads it.

After You Hit Send

Corrections come first, speed second. A wrong closing day or a wrong meeting point can cost someone their only free evening in Florence, so factual fixes are checked and posted quickly, usually within a day or two. If you are waiting on a reply, our Free Foodie Things guide is worth a read in the meantime. Broader questions take longer, and some end up answered in a guide rather than a reply, so the next reader finds it without writing. There is no mailing list, no upselling afterwards, and your address stays with us.

Where We Stop

No bookings, no held seats, no date swaps, no refunds. Every class and tour on this site is sold and run by a separate operator, who takes the payment and owns the live booking page you actually use. We write about them; we do not run them. Nor can we reserve you a table at a restaurant. Some of the places covered here only take bookings by phone, and one or two take none at all.

Anything tied to a booking you already made starts with your confirmation email. It holds the reference number, the meeting point and a message button that reaches the team running the session directly. That is faster than writing to us on the morning itself, and if a departure looks shaky, it is the only channel that can sort it out.

Two things on that confirmation deserve a look before you contact anyone. First the meeting point: some classes begin at a cooking school, market tours often start inside Mercato Centrale or at the Sant'Ambrogio market, and the walking tours gather at a street corner named on the listing. Then the cancellation window: it varies by tour, so read the live listing before booking, and once inside that window the operator's own terms govern.

Undecided? The seven categories sort all twenty-six tours faster than any email thread, and the guides go deeper, from bistecca pricing by weight to the restaurants that take no bookings at all.
